In a free 30-minute consultation by phone or Zoom, you can tell me what is happening and what you would like to be different. You can ask questions, get a sense of how I work and discuss the possible format and cost of coaching. You do not need to choose a programme beforehand, and there is no obligation to begin one.

If you are looking for supervision, we can explore the support and challenge you want at this stage of your coaching or mentoring practice. You can ask about my approach, discuss practical arrangements and consider whether the relationship would suit you. Individual supervision normally takes place online. I also welcome enquiries about group supervision.
For either service, email me a little about what brings you here and your availability for an initial conversation. A few sentences are enough; there is no need to prepare a detailed account. Please leave out identifying details about clients or colleagues. I will reply to arrange a time for us to talk.
