I operate under the Global Code of Ethics (2018), drawn up by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) and the Association for Coaching (AC), in collaboration with the Association for Professional Executive Coaches and Supervisors (‘APECS’), Associazione Italiana Coach Professionisti (‘AICP’) and the Mentoring Institute at the University of New Mexico.

 

This code of practice makes explicit the essential elements of ethical, competent and effective practice. As such, it forms a context and a content to the expectations you may reasonably have from the coaching.
