I operate under the Global Code of Ethics (2025). The Code was initially created in February 2016 by the Association for Coaching (AC) and the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC Global), and is supported by professional membership bodies worldwide.

The Code sets out the standards of ethical, competent and effective practice that guide my coaching, mentoring and supervision. It explains the professional responsibilities and standards you can expect when working with me.
