This policy outlines how I use your data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). I have kept it as brief as possible, whilst covering the key elements.
What data is collected

Name, email and phone number – in order to follow up expressions of interest in coaching, arrange contracts, and arrange specific coaching sessions.

Notes on our coaching sessions – in order to prepare for a coaching session, or to refer to during our coaching sessions together.
How the data is used

To support you in our coaching sessions – as outlined above.

Your data is not shared with any third party, other than for exceptional/emergency circumstances where I believe that the sharing of information about you is vital to protect you or another person.
How the data is stored

Your data is stored electronically in a password-protected document, stored on a password-protected machine.
How long the data is stored

Your data is stored while we are working together on a series of coaching sessions.

At the end of a series of sessions, I will securely archive notes from our coaching sessions.

I will ask whether you wish to remain ‘on the books’, for possible future coaching follow-up sessions. If you don’t wish to remain on the books, I will delete your contact details.
Your right to object

You may ask me to delete your personal data at any time. I will then do this immediately.
